The Inside is an e-commerce startup that makes customized furniture accessible to all, and was listed under Fast Company's “10 Most Innovative Retail Companies of 2020." • As the sole UX designer, I worked cross-functionally with our two developers, e-commerce manager, and creative director to provide the best shopping experience for The Inside's customers. • Projects have included building a design system using new brand guidelines; leading an entire website redesign incorporating the new design system; redesigning, maintaining, and tweaking the product detail page; and optimizing the checkout experience cross device.
