I am responsible for developing the visual direction for clients' campaigns, and for guiding and mentoring our creative team to ensure that our work meets the highest standards. I work closely with our clients to understand their business objectives and create strategies that will help them achieve their goals. I lead the development of the overall creative direction for campaigns, and collaborate with other departments to ensure that our work is cohesive and effective.As Co-Founder, I play an active role in driving the agency's growth and expansion. I work closely with our leadership team to develop new business opportunities, and to explore ways to leverage emerging technologies to create innovative campaigns for our clients.

The purpose of blu Bank is to change and simplify the banking system. blu currently has +1,300,000 active users in less than a year.Some of my experiences as a Product Designer in blu Bank is:- Redesigning blu app to bring a new look and experience based on updated information architecture- Collaborating in migration from Sketch to Figma- Contributing to the development and maintanance of blu design system- Designing motions and microinteractions of blu app- Collaborating closely with product managers to define and implement innovative solutions and features- Delivering prototypes with accurate behaviours based on user stories- Assisting usability test sessions

Pinket shoppers offer same-day delivery and pickup services to bring fresh groceries and everyday essentials to busy people and families.Some of my experiences as an UI/UX Designer in Pinket was:- Redesigning the Shopper App for the first time- Performing user research by utilizing various methods such as interviewing, observation, contextual inquiry and focus group- Attending stakeholder interviews with key people and decision makers in the organization- Conducting online questionnaires and polls and analyzing the data gathered- Creating personas based on the analysis and interpretation of the gathered data- Detecting user journey and pain points- Setting up Firebase events and Smartlook recordings to get more qualitative data about users behaviour- Conducting user testing meetings- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver a gamification system to encourage and engage Shoppers with their job- Designing promotion & campaign landing pages
