Soheila is an entrepreneur with C-team leadership experience on project management and pre-master planning of large-scale smart, resilient green infrastructure projects. As the COO of Inery, Soheila leads the operational facets of the company, focusing on structuring and establishing a solid foundation for sustainable growth.As the former Co-Founder and COO of TerraScale, Soheila was responsible for the supporting the various phases of the company’s growth and operations, including marketing, PR, branding, IT, investor relations, contract management, project pre-development and management and business planning functions as well as preparation of proposals for government and corporate clients. Soheila has worked with best of class Wall Street firms, Fortune 500 companies, and other international institutions to bring large scale projects from proof of concept to development. She has worked on projects in North America, Europe and the MENA region. Prior to TerraScale, she co-founded Geddes Global LLC, a boutique ESG consulting firm that provided advisory services related to Strategic & P3 Advisory, project capital, and capacity building for for clients in the renewable energy and data center industry. Previously, Soheila held roles as Special Projects Lead at Global Securities (acquired by PI Financial), PMO Analyst at Pinnacle Renewable Energy (acquired by Drax), PMO Analyst at Teck Resources and Logistics & Transport Planning on Port Metro Vancouver’s Container Capacity Improvement Program. Soheila is a graduate of the University of British Columbia's Sauder School of Business in Vancouver, BC.
