ClearPathGPS is a SaaS company operating in the IoT space and is a leading provider of GPS Fleet Tracking Solutions and Fleet Management Software.As a software engineer at ClearPathGPS, my role involves designing and implementing scalable solutions for our team here at ClearPath and our customers nationwide. My responsibilities include designing and developing the front-end and back-end of our internal web portal, and the back-end of our tracking communication servers, ensuring their functionality, usability, and security. I work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions. Additionally, I am responsible for maintaining and updating the internal web portal, ensuring it remains current and relevant to the organization's needs.-Full Stack Development of the internal web portal of ClearPath using MuleSoft, JavaScript, Webix, and MySQL. -Back-end development of the GPS-tracking communication servers using Java. Handle large volumes of data in real-time using protocols and technologies like CoAP/Californium and established standards like UDP.-Build and maintain the configuration files of various tracking devices and smart AI dashcams.-Build fully automated device scripting and provisioning scripts with tools like ZOC.-Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.-Optimize queries in large datasets.-Analyze tracking data and trends to find areas of improvement.-Report directly to CEO.
