As a senior/lead control system engineer, I was responsible for the entire DCS logic diagram, which included 1200 I/Os, Graphic displays, Emerson DeltaV S-Series DCS, and Cooperation with the instrument group to perform loop tests, function tests, stroke checks, PE and IE tests (Power Earth and Instrument Earth). Implemented the DCS program of motor control modules, control valve and MOV control modules, sequence of Crude Oil Transfer Pumps, sequence of duty/standby motors, I/O allocation, Cabinet Layout. I was leading control system team including 5 engineers/construction at the Gas Oil Separation Plant.

In my role as a control system engineer, I was responsible for developing, commissioning, and preparing the Sulfur Recovery Unit DCS control system, as well as designing logic diagrams and graphic pages for the Emerson DeltaV MD-Plus series. Punch clearances for DCS were performed in other refinery sections, along with implementation of DCS logic such as complex loop diagrams, shutdown logic diagrams, and duty/standby motor sequences. Beside that, I was responsible for backwash sequence was prepared and implemented for the seawater desalination filters, the condensate storage tank rim seals, and Modbus communication was established between the DCS and other packages such as the Ethan metering and turbo expanders. Additionally, I am responsible for performing loop checks and function tests with the instrumentation team. Collaboration with other departments and vendors in order to commission other sections of the project. Managing a team of three people responsible for the control system and participating in meetings with the employer and contractors to review the progress of the SRU project.

As an electrical engineer I was involved in the installation and operation of diesel generators. As part of my duties, I performed monthly maintenance and hardware and software inspections of different emergency diesel generators at thirteen hospitals. Setting up the DSE (Deep Sea Electronics) control module for automatic start and automatic mains (utility) failure detection.

Worked as an Electrical engineer for commissioning electrical equipment, performing the following electrical tests: Tests on the electromotor (Vibrations in the three-axis direction, insulation resistance, running amps, continuity of the windings, bearing temperature). Testing of transformers (winding resistance, transformer ratio, dielectric breakdown on oil samples, and insulation resistance of input and output cables). Testing of feeders (Continuity test, insulation resistance test, function test). A good understanding of ICAPS© Opercom commissioning test sheets and application.

The installation and commissioning of the electrical equipment, the design and assembled of the electrical panels, the installation and commissioning of electro motors, and the wiring of houses are some of the services performed.
