Having more than 10 years of glorious experiences in Production & Planning (major with Socks / Tights). I find out the easiest & simplest methods to improve the Productivity with max Efficiency. I do Production Plan considering the achievable shipment date where I ensure and maintain On Time Delivery in my plan. I do Motivate Workers as well as Staff and inspire them to get the best output / production by providing them proper guidelines & training.All sections align into a combined plan, and highlight the orders which don't meet shipment deadlines and then do reshuffle planning accordingly to keep the order on track. 3 ❖ At the beginning of every month, I prepare the Production Plan, Forecast Plan, Materials Plan, Accessories Plan, Section wise plan (including knitting, linking, boarding, finishing, sewing), and distribute the plans to responsible persons by mentioning start & end dates. ❖ Maintain TnA (Time & Action Plan) as well as Critical Path for all orders to minimise the order risks and shipment delays. ❖ Giving Color approval to Yarn supervisor as well as production team by comparing with approved samples. ❖ I build a Strong Coordination & Communication among all relevant sections such as Knitting, Linking & Trimming, Boarding & Packing, Finishing & Warehouse, Sewing & Cutting, Washing / Lavatec, Embroidery & Attachments/Stitching etc. and provide valuable advice regarding production and planning. ❖ Experienced on store management system and supply chain maintenance. ❖ Monthly review of KPI reports (Key Performance Indicator), finding out the weak zone / area and taking necessary action to improve the KPI. ❖ Doing the Time Study & SMV (Standard Minutes Value) to set Production Target and to get Output over 95%+ efficiency. Working with machine cycle time and finding out the easiest method to reduce the cycle timing. ❖ Working with Process Improvement & FMEA method (Failure Mode & Effect Analysis) to identify the risks and to resolve the Production (or Production related any) issues. ❖ Brilliantly Experienced in Microsoft Offices, Excel, Reporting, Email and Internet, Presentation etc. I can prepare various types of reports & presentations such as production report with target & actual efficiency, production & export comparison report, KPI report, production compiled report (weekly, monthly, yearly) etc. ❖ Experienced on developing the process‐based ERP System.❖ Having knowledge of Washing process including Antibacterial treatment.
