Masonry Work: Material Selection: Wall Construction, Ensuring Compliance with Drawings, Mortar Mixing & Quality Control.4. Finishing Work: Surface Preparation, Quality Checks, Coordination of Various Teams.5. Tiles Work: Material Selection & Layout Planning, Installation of Tiles, Grouting and Finishing.6. Plumbing & Sanitary Work: Design of Plumbing Systems, Installation of Pipes and Fixtures, Leakage Testing & Quality Control, Maintenance Planning: 7. Painting Work: Surface Preparation, Material Selection, Application of Paint, Final Inspection.8. Renovation Work: Design and Planning, Execution of Renovation Plans, Coordination Across Trades, Ensuring Minimal Disruption.9. Construction Inspection Requests: Submit Work Inspection Requests (WIR) and Material Inspection Requests (MIR) for civil, structural, and architectural activities and materials, ensuring they comply with approved drawings.10. Construction Planning & Scheduling: Plan and schedule construction activities to align with the overall project timeline, ensuring smooth progress.11. QA/QC Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all documents related to quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) for future reference and compliance audits.12. Non-Conformance Reports (NCR): Review and close Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) issued by the Project Director, ensuring that corrective actions are taken.13. Management Coordination: Coordinate with Project management & contractors and other relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration and project efficiency.

Responsibilities:1. Construction Project Management & Supervision: Manage and supervise specific parts of the construction projects to ensure they meet deadlines, quality standards, and budget.2. Construction work Quantity Estimation & BOQ (Bill of Quantities): Prepare monthly Take-off sheets for the Bill of Quantities (BOQ), ensuring accurate calculations of required materials.3. Construction Material Estimation & Management: Prepare and estimate the quantity of materials required at the construction site to avoid shortages or overages.4. Client & Contractor Coordination: Clients and main contractors' staff, ensuring clear communication and coordination throughout the project.5. Site Safety: Ensure that safety protocols are followed on-site to minimize accidents and maintain a safe working environment.6. Daily Planning: Develop daily work plans to organize labor, machinery, and materials for the day’s tasks.7. Civil & Structural work: All kind of building structural design drawing re check by Structural software search as- AutoCAD, ETABS, MS Office. 8. Pre-Inspection Preparation: Perform pre-inspection of materials and structural members before the consultant or project director's inspection.9. Client & Contractor Meetings: Attend meetings with clients and main contractors to discuss project progress, challenges, and updates.10. Documentation & Record Keeping: Keep detailed records of all reports and documents related to QA/QC and construction work.11. Internal Meetings: Attend internal meetings with management to review project performance, discuss solutions, and align on goals.

Responsibilities:Major projects Structural Design: (I) Industrial building Structural Design has details engineering assessment (DEA) & analysis under the BUET/ACCORD/ALLIANCE/RCC as per BNBC/NTPA/Others standard guidelines.(II) Structural Design Work Plan of Expansion, Renovation and Modernization Industrial RCC and Steel Composite building.(III) Fire hydrant pump house design and construction for Industrial zone.(IV) Telecom tower, factory and residential building structural strength re-analysis using Civil Structural software and hand calculations and AutoCAD drawingStructural Strengthening through Building Retrofitting work supervision:(V) Seismic Retrofitting: Reinforcing the building's structure to withstand earthquakes, using techniques such as installing steel braces, base isolators, or shear walls.(VI) Foundation Strengthening: Strengthening or underpinning the building’s foundation to prevent settlement or provide additional support for new loads.(VII) Column and Beam Strengthening: Adding steel jacketing or fiber-reinforced polymers (FRP) to columns and beams to improve load-bearing capacity.(VIII) Wall Reinforcement: Strengthening masonry or concrete walls by applying shotcrete (sprayed concrete) or additional steel reinforcement.(IX) Strengthening Structural Elements: Repairing or reinforcing weak beams, columns, and joints to improve overall stability and load-bearing capacity.(X) Crack Repair and Surface Treatment: Sealing cracks in walls, ceilings, and floors to prevent water intrusion, enhance durability, and improve aesthetics.
