• Coordinate with the Commander in preparation for the flight regarding flight time, weather, and other relevant information regarding the flight. • Conduct a pre-flight briefing with all cabin crew.
Ensure the aircraft Cabin is prepared for departure in accordance with SOP. • Ensure the performance, efficiency, professional standards and development of the crews are in accordance with Company procedures. • Ensure all Cabin discrepancies are logged into the Cabin Technical Log. • Ensure effective communication flow is maintained between the cabin and flight deck. • Ensure the Cabin atmosphere and passengers comfort is according to company standards.• Conduct a de-briefing with all cabin crew as may be required. • Forward all applicable paperwork to Cabin Base Supervisors. • In addition to standard paperwork required for each flight, the SCCM shall document clearly any incidents, irregularities or hazards that have or may have impact on flight safety using the ASR reporting system.
