• Managing all phases in development and maintenance of software applications from requirements and design to post implementation for projects assigned as project manager• Activity-based management of project and handling and assigning work to project team members• Analyzing current and projected data needs, resources and systems to plan new or modify current enterprise-level applications• Assisting with the coding, testing, implementation and documentation of solutions and collaborating with other technical areas to integrate the solution• Planning deployment strategies and deploying application into test and production environments, including ensuring that developed code and configurations are in accordance with the defined standards• Reviewing and assisting in the development of all project-related documentation, including design documents, functional specifications, help files, project proposals, business cases, technical specifications, training manuals, and user manuals• Having weekly/monthly meetings with the Client and keep checking them with their future needs

• Identify project feasibility by gathering and analyzing high level requirements • Estimate project constraints (Time, Cost, Scope) at pre-sales stage• Gathering Functional & Non-Functional Requirement by various needed requirements elicitation techniques• Conducting various business and technical studies as needed for analyzing requirements as well as enterprise analysis • Identifying Project Objectives, Deliverables, and Stakeholders • Providing solution assessment based analyzed requirements• Documenting Requirements in various forms like FRD, SRS, SDD, Use-case Document, Functional Diagrams, Wireframing/Mock-ups etc. • Communicating and maintaining requirements with the stakeholders

• Assist in Developing Project Management Plan, Schedule • Direct, Manage, Monitor & Control Project Work/Task to achieve Project Scope with coordination with offshore development team • Documenting Project Management related documentation like PID, Project Charter, Project Management Plan, WBS etc. as needed

• Interfacing with customers to gather requirements and providing recommendations on complex technical tasks• Defining project objectives by analyzing user requirements and envisioning application features and functionality• Defining technical evaluation criteria and selecting programming technologies and technical approaches to ensure coherent application design• Leading technical design sessions including the creation of class models, sequence diagrams, component models etc. and detailed design specifications to ensure that application standards are followed• Developing secure, high performance, scalable, high-quality code to established development standards• Designing and writing descriptions and functions of the applications and database code, recovery procedures and intervention methods• Designing and/or implementing complex database or data repository interfaces/queries • Writing technical specifications and test plans as needed, as well as conducting and assisting in integration and unit testing• Resolving code bugs, leading code reviews and authoring application documentation• Building, deploying, and testing software components in a development environment during the implementation phase• Assisting with preparation of project-related documentation including design documents, functional specifications, technical specifications, training manuals, user manuals etc.
