Follow up with forwarders and suppliers for the shipment dispatches.• Tracking and keeping record of the Vessels.• Follow up with freight forwarder and Shipping/Airlines lines for rail outs.• Follow up with forwarders/shipping lines for Freight Certificates and IGM filing.• Co-coordinating with CHA for Checklist and custom clearance.• Checking Checklist & Arrange BOE filing.• Arrange Custom Duty payment through finance.• Arrange Custom Clearance & Resolve the custom Query.• Arrange Delivery Order from Shipping Line & Freight Forwarder.• Co-coordinating with Transporters for container movement.• Arranging Securities and Factory De-stuffing bonds.• Follow up with bank & suppliers for original documents for clearance.• Follow up with plants for the receipts of the material.• Processing of bills of Freight Forwarders, CHA and Transporters and CFS.
