Main Duties:• Oversees the whole process of reviewing purchase requisition pools and verifying compliance with the most recent Standard Operating Procedures and Procurement Policy buying standards, as well as applicable CSSMP/CEMP guidelines.• Develops, monitors, and employs relevant metrics to recommend action plans that meet, if not exceed, service level obligations and serve as a foundation for management choices.• Addresses any escalated concerns regarding production operations.• Conducts capacity planning to ensure global business continuity.• Ensures that Transactional Procurement requests are processed in a timely and accurate manner in order to ensure customer satisfaction within agreed-upon Service Levels.• Operational experience in a shared financial services environment Commercial experience relating to buying transactions or knowledge in procurement practices.• Work closely with management, bids, program, engineering, finance, and legal departments, as well as regional and group purchasing counterparts.• Maintenance of yearly, half-yearly, quarterly, monthly, budgeted, and block-wise plans for the smooth operation of shop floor facilities and timely production.• Responsible for productivity, safety, and personnel management; providing technical support on the shop floor; and creating and developing various jigs and fixtures for important processes.
