As a contract worker at ComfortDelgro Driving Centre, I provided timely customer service via face to face interaction by processing client issues and addressing to their needs with the assistance of a permanent staff around. Being a temperature scanner as a on field service provider, I had to ensure that every student that was entering the driving school does not have a fever, which is a potential symptom of the COVID19 disease. As a temperature scanner, I was also tasked to scan foreign worker's passes, denying entry for any expired passes of exposure to COVID19 in the dormitory.Key Achievements : prevented any positive COVID19 positive cases from entering while I was under contract, generating revenues as the company was able to operate normally in the driving school with new students streaming in for enrolment.

As a Cashier at Cold Storage during the Chinese New Year period where retail stores become busy, I was tasked to act fast and efficient while operating a cashiering machine.In addition, I was required to take note of the different numbers associated to the different variety of fruits and vegetables.While I was working at Cold Storage, I was able to experience how it was like working under the pressure from the queue forming and how I had to be efficient for the queue to clear.Furthermore, I had to be responsible to ensure that the transactions were right, accounting for the right sales amount as a simple mistake of keying in a wrong barcode or double scanning would impede my work efficiency as I had to deal with the trouble that I could cause.
