Before Heartspace became a tech company I founded it as a PR agency. I was not sure and wanted to validate the ideas. At first I just wanted to create an AI researcher and writer but things evolved together with the team and wth our users. During this time I took Heartspace from 0 to 1MSEK in revenue working with some of the biggest brands and organizations in the country while consistently turning down inquiries from industries that are not in line with human rights or the well being of the planet. Heartspace focus on using experts that understand more than just PR but also have real experience in sustainability (especially the social aspects) set us a part and enabled us to carve out a clear niche. We got our customers into the biggest outlets in Sweden and internationally with earned media coverage reaching millions.

I served on the board of the impact company My Dream Now for five years. The companies mission is to provide ways for young people and the labour market to meet each other at a early stage preventing unemployment and making sure that everyone capacities are utilized in he society we build.

I worked with media relations, opinion formation, and lobbying, particularly in the areas of the labor market, entrepreneurship, and social sustainability. I was part of the Westander Digital and Opinion unit. Specifically, I worked on PR plans, brand platforms, publicity reports, press releases, opinion pieces, and direct contacts with decision-makers and organizations on behalf of our clients. I was responsible for Westander's social media and one of the specialists in opinion formation, lobbying, and the labor market.

As a member of the board at Nordisk kulturkontakt, which operates under the Nordic Council of Ministers, I was part of the strategic work. The organization administers four support programs for art and culture, divided into six different types of support, operates a Nordic cultural center and library in Helsinki, and organizes events. The board members are chosen to their task by governmental bodies and ultimately assigned by the cultural ministry of each country.

---On behalf of the government, I served as a member of the County Administrative Board of Dalarna's advisory council for over four years. The advisory council is intended to support the county governor and the operations. The council is appointed by the government and the current Minister of State following a proposal from the county governor.

I served in Falun in both the municipal executive board and the municipal council as a representative for (S) - the Social Democratic Party. Today, I am independent of party affiliations and consider myself nonpartisan. But I bring the experiences and contacts from politics into my current engagement. Even if I am non-partisan I consider myself both as an ideological social liberal and a social democrat (or a fusion of these) and believe in the fusion of market economics, innovation and entrepreneurial spirit with a strong social fabric that creates trust and encourages willingness to take calculated risks that enable positive change and growth.

I serves as part of the Agricultural Network's council on integration and inclusion issues on behalf of the Swedish Agricultural Agency under the Swedish Government and Ministry of Agricultural Affairs.

Worked with direct opinion work towards local, regional and national decision makers. Presented reports and served as regional spokesperson. Also functioned as support to local associations with their networking activities and events.Through mainly organic growth but also strategically targeted advertising, we took our regional Facebook page from just under 100 likes to over 4,000 likes and took the first step to a local presence on Facebook for all local associations.I had the annual production responsibility as editor for the production of the member magazine “Dalaföretagaren” where I planned most of the content and wrote many of the articles together with our contributors, reporters, freelancers and agencies. I was nominated for Dalafrakt's community building scholarship in 2017 for part of my work connected to new arrivals' establishment as entrepreneurs and on the labor market.

For Sweden Research, I have participated in assignments as a senior social analyst, strategist, and report writer with expertise in social sustainability. The company mainly carried out studies and reports regarding social sustainability and migration for authorities, municipalities, and other actors. Among the clients were the Stockholm County Administrative Board, the Agency for Youth and Civil Society Affairs, and the Swedish School Administration. As the founder is now doing his doctorate, the business is dormant.

Young Entrepreneurs of Sweden - YEoS is a member-led organization created by young entrepreneurs.I led the organization as chairman, and before that, I was secretary. I recruited for the office and, together with my colleagues on the board, drove our work with partnerships and strategic development. Through cooperation with European and international networks for young entrepreneurs, we carried out trips and exchanges, and I gave lectures and participated in panels in the EU Parliament, the British Parliament, and other international contexts.
