Zebricks' early adopters already invest in and value building patient advocacy relationships. Zebricks helps them bring their patient-centric vision into reality.My role is to make sure those that want a patient voice in their organization, have all the support they need to do so.

• Act as a trusted partner to executives and scientists at the world’s top pharmaceutical companies, developing an extensive understanding of their needs and aligning BenchSci’s product offering to support their scientific and business goals.• Engaging in technical discussions across major therapeutic areas (eg., Neuroscience, Oncology, Cardiometabolic, Immunology, Rare Diseases, etc.)• Leveraging my deep scientific and product knowledge to support sales discussions and the acquisition and retention of revenue.• Working closely with the sales teams to deliver high-impact demonstrations• Partnering with product managers to steer the growth of BenchSci’s applicationsto meet market needs.• Leading by example to fostering growth and support my peers in a fast-pacedstartup setting.

• Directing R&D efforts for novel analytical tools that modernize spinal cord injury research• Implementing successful PhD innovations into the lab pipeline• Creating time-saving protocols that efficiently optimize budget• Managing a team of national and international medical doctors, technicians and post-docs to coordinate multiple ongoing experiments • Educating graduate trainees, research associates, student volunteers, and post-docs on newly established protocols and safety

Thesis: The role of oligodendrocyte remyelination in locomotor recovery after traumatic spinal cord injury• Conceived and executed the research questions for my own project• Assisted in envisioning, writing, and attaining 2 research project grants• Challenged conventional norms of the spinal cord injury field which produced data that published in high impact journals like Nature Communications• Presenting and teaching my work to a wide audience (KOL, HCP, academics, patients, engineers) using diverse methods• Developed and implemented techniques never used in mouse models of spinal cord injury• Modernized data acquisition and analysis in the lab by collaborating with engineers and vendors• Mentored and trained junior graduate students, volunteers, and technicians

Assisted in lectures, supervising and grading exams, and giving occasional lectures. I was the contact for student questions and also responsible for lab safety and techniques.

Managed and planned a colony of experimental transgenic mice. Duties included designing long-term breeding plans that matched the needs of future studies, genotyping animals through PCR, communicating with graduate students to tailor suitable research plans.
