I work with Boards of Directors, CEOs and their executive teams, senior managers, and product teams alike to implement a systematic approach to reducing uncertainty and reducing the cost to innovate.This work includes trainings, on-the-job coaching, organizational design, practice of leadership principles, and much more.Having kept my company intentionally small, I support our larger clients through our scalable enablement solutions i.e. our Agile Academy Online Courses and our vast network of trainers and coaches across the globe.I have worked and led product teams, I have founded several companies, I have been a C-level executive, and I have served on several boards. This experience let's me deeply empathize with each one of our clients and help them where they are without any dogma in terms of frameworks etc.In my free time, I love to work out, spend time with my family (3 kids), and read.
