• Working with CRM system Dymanics 365.• Responsible for all travel arrangements for CEO and other staff members - Flights/Accommodation/Transfers/Insurance etc.• Responsible for inputting expenses for CEO, Sales Team and myself into finance system Xero. • Update company social media and website. • Responsible for booking and preparing for all University fairs. • Diary arrangements for all staff events, CEO and Management team meetings. • Arranging couriers, distributing in coming post and sending out documents. • Responsible for running personal errands. • Responsible for organising the annual company birthday party. • General office administration duties on a daily basis. • Ordering all office stationary / supplies. • Running monthly staff absence reports for the management team.• Liaising with contractors /suppliers and dealing with all office maintenance.• Dealing with all arrangements for staff who come from over-seas for training. • Liaising with all charities, organising fundraising events inside and outside of the office. • HR Assistant – Setting up SLA’s with agencies / Posting job specs on the company website and university portals / Interview arrangement / CV circulation. • Responsible for creating all new starter welcome packs. • Responsible for keeping the staff HR system up to date (PeopleHR).

My responsiblilites at Lytle Associates varied from day to day. This included providing secretarial and administrative support to the company directors as well as associate directors and all other members of staff. I was responsible for ordering all office supplies and keeping on top of office maintenence. Other daily duties of mine were answering and logigng all incoming phone calls, booking meetings and office seminars, including ordering of catering. Typing of documentation, meeting minutes and audio typing were also regular parts of my role.

Whilst working at Haslemere Garden Centre / World of water I became responsible for managing a small team of retail assistants. During my time there I represented the company at different sites and events and in order to help increase sales, I built and maintained strong customer and supplier relationships. Being a trusted and valued member of stall I was responsible for opening and closing the premises and responsible for cashing up tills. I was also responsible for stock control, purchasing new stock and introducing new items to the store.
