• Source, qualify and recruit candidates for various clients in IT and Non-IT on contractual and permanent positions.• Work on full recruitment cycle by applying extensive sourcing methods to find the right candidates by using different tools like Internet sourcing, Job Postings, job boards (Dice, Monster and CareerBuilder, etc.)• Screening and short listing candidates• Scheduling interviews for the short listed candidates and doing follow up till their joining.• Successfully Negotiated Salaries & pay rate to drag the margin levels in Company's favor and familiar will all the Tax terms.• Maintaining relationship with candidates.• Complete the recruitment for various skill sets in the given time frame by aggressive follow up skills with potential joiners to ensure 100% joining ratio.• Prepare submittal documents for each shortlisted candidate and schedule interviews.• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.• Maintain daily and weekly reports.• Possess strong technical/business acumen and understanding of technical requirements; deep sourcing skills and experience sourcing passive candidates; excellent candidate assessment skills.• Possess excellent knowledge of recruiting and hiring processes. • A resourceful, solution-focused professional with excellent interpersonal and rapport-building skills.• Responsible, loyal, reliable, and independent worker with high level of enthusiasm and creativity.
