Key Responsibilities:• Initiated triage and provided first level technical support for regarding LAN/WAN outages.• Installing, configuring, and maintaining, Servers, Databases, Routers, Firewalls, Switches, Access Points, UPS’s, Cameras, Security Systems, Printers, file servers, network cabling and Ethernet.• Support user access to Terminal Access Controller Access Controller System (TACACS).• Responsible for secure network design, establishing, and enforcing system standards; creating and maintaining accurate technical documentation for WAN, LAN, Wi-Fi solutions. • Tools – Nagios, Wireshark, LiveNX, Cacti.• Interfaces and supports appropriate vendors during troubleshooting and resolution efforts during critical and non-critical LAN/WAN outages. • Perform troubleshooting on all issues that occur in the network space that include but not limited to routing, circuit, hardware, bug analysis, and performance related issues.

Responsibilities :• Design, implement, and manage LAN/WAN infrastructures for a variety of clients, ranging from small businesses to large enterprises.• Enhanced the security, stability and recover ability of Corporate Network through ownership of security, backup, disaster recovery planning and compliance Monitor and manage Network Hardware, including switches, routers, load balancers, firewalls, wireless controllers and access points.• Experience with network performance and fault management and implemented alerting and monitoring of network performance, which reduced network downtime by 25%.• Troubleshooting network issues and resolving network tickets. This involves working with Layer 2 and Layer 3 technologies and protocols like STP, VTP, OSPF, BGP, VPC, MLAG,Port-Channels, DHCP, VLAN, SVI.• Monitored central networks, network traffic and security monitoring software (SNMPc, Allot, What’s Up Gold, Infra, Spectra) and for strengthening network performance extensively used Wireshark, and identified and resolved network issues in a timely manner.
