The new role of a Delivery Manager introduced me to a new set of responsibilities. On top of my current project manager responsibilities, I became responsible for the overall processes of the PMO. When I took the opportunity to work as a project manager, my responsibility was to lead multiple projects to successful delivery. My position was typically in between the client, the developers, and the board. I participated in projects of different sizes, for instance, Happilea, Resistant AI, Stebal's intranet, and others.Even though my primary responsibility was to handle clients' projects, I got involved in improving the internal processes, such as setting up a management workflow (via ClickUp) or developing an intuitive tracking mechanism for updating the clients.

Soon after I graduated, I started working for KOALA42 as PHP Developer. I was hired to work on a product called CONFUSED. Together with my former colleague, our goal was to merge three sub-projects into an all-in-one solution, remove the technical debt and add new features on top of that. My role was to work on the backend part of the code, but also manage it as a project, which led to being promoted to project manager.

DressMe has been a great hands-on experience where I had the opportunity to discover and improve my versatile skills. It has been a realistic startup idea that was part of me during college, which was also part of my bachelor thesis awarded by the Dean.I had to coordinate various professionals, such as developers, manufacturers, lawyers, patent consultants, investors, and academics. This project was also involved in a training program facilitated by the South Moravian Innovation Centre which lead to a grant proposal (Horizon 2020) with a score of 81.5 %. It also allowed me to do many mistakes from which I could learn and get a better perspective on the complexity of product management.
