Administrative Responsibility• Act as receptionist to receive telephone calls, greet all visitors to the office• Assist Admin / Finance for follow up and verify document distribute to externals.• Assist Admin / Finance for preparation invitation letter as required Represent Administration unit and coordinate administration activities• Copy, Scan document as need• Prepare and submit Voucher for purchasing some daily supply• Ensure that the office furniture and all equipment is well maintained• Assist in monitoring and managing Org’s stationary and fixed asset • Assist Admin / Finance for preparation Org’s meeting, training, work shop, including venue, material, equipment, etc..... • Responsible for making report related• Assist to taking Quotation• Follow up cash Mail deliveryFinance/ Accounting Responsibility • Assist Admin/Finance to prepare the payment voucher, received voucher and other slips• Assist staff to prepare travel advance and travel claim. • Prepare filling system • Assist check and verify supporting document• Assist to prepare cash book• Assist to prepare Severance, Provident & Retirement Fund, 13th month Salary• Assist to prepare Tax document• Assist prepare Cash Count• Liaison with bank for deposit and withdrawal Org’s bank accounts. Human Resource• Assist prepare Staff contract• Replace Staff insurance• Assist prepare staff personal filling

• Travel with team in promotion season to province and in PNH • Assist in collection information for produce report after promotion period
