- Managing a team of support staff with an exceptional customer service orientation.- Managing the company’s relationship with state governments and local authorities- Anticipate and plan for workforce competency needs in line with business scope and direction.- Managing workforce training processes and systems.- Managing compensation, benefits and other employee services.- Assist in Supervising, recruiting and training specialized and administrative support personnel; and assign, review and evaluate their work.- Assist in the procurement of supplies; maintenance of inventory records; including supervision of staff performing these functions.- Occasionally, represent the agency by coordinating and/or participating in meetings, seminars, conferences, and in-service training sessions or related activities in the agency executive's absence.

Area of Concentration; The Shipping Department:- Monitoring the transportation of vessels loaded with LNG from one terminal to another (delivery from Bonny terminal in Nigeria to Europe, Middle East, Asia and so on) - Provided feedback on Reports from Heads of Department as a form of contribution towards a sustainable work flow.

- Introduced clients' new products, services or ideas; determined their positioning strategy; modification of existing products and evaluating performance of products or services.
