Sok is part of Drexel's Institutional Advancement’s Foundation and Corporate Relations team as the Director of Technologies and Health Sciences. She is primarily responsible for leading fundraising efforts and securing foundation and corporate gifts for the College of Nursing and Health Professions, College of Computing and Informatics, and specific College of Engineering departments and faculty members. In addition to working closely with key stakeholders in these colleges and with IA colleagues, she supports interdisciplinary projects ranging from health informatics to educational games and will lead the development of cutting-edge proposals in those areas.

Sok is the Director of Development and Alumni Relations for Temple University, Beasley School of Law. Sok is responsible for the identification, cultivation, and solicitation of individual prospects for the Conwell Giving Society and major gifts ($25,000+) to the School. She serves as a liaison between Law School Faculty, law students, Alumni Board, and administration with respect to all fundraising initiatives on behalf of the school. In addition, the she helps to manage alumni relations activities for the Law School, create opportunities for alumni involvement, and provide ongoing stewardship to donors.

As the Associate Director of the Mack Center, Sok oversaw the functional growth of the Mack Center. She worked with the faculty co-Directors to develop strategic internal and external relationships that would help the Center strengthen its role as a leading business research center inside the School/University and in the broader innovation and strategy community. She was responsible for developing new student outreach programs, soliciting collaborations with faculty and other departments, engaging corporate partners in Center research, and developing strategic relationships with community partners.

As the manager for the Mack Center for Technological Innovation at Wharton Sok coordinated the operations of the Center. She worked closely with the faculty and managing directors to implement the research and partnership strategies of the Mack Center.

Developed and implemented business strategy for a music website. Additional responsibilities included managing the intellectual property practice from administering trademark and copyright applications to researching intellectual property disputes for legal cases.

Beijing, China

Director of China Programs for in-bound Mandarin, Traditional Chinese Medicine and Wu-Shu study, serving college-age, multi-national students. Programs varied between customized week-long programs to year-long programs. Managed Beijing office and Chinese staff, directed student in-house programs, maintained financial records, managed budget, and negotiated contracts.
