Social Media Management• Develop designs to follow guidelines from principals, new artwork templates for different brands, and graphic assets for promotional artwork on social media platforms• Managing customer experience on all platforms for all brands • Writing and proofreading creative copy • Monitor Campaigns on online and offline platformsEvent and Display Management• Co-organize and manage events and branding displays with the internal marketing teams and suppliers and execute the project on a timely basis• Assist in brainstorming concepts for marketing displays and other related design work.• Work with VM team from each of the brands to ensure the standardized look of all stores according to the guidelines.• Compiling and distributing financial and statistical information regarding marketing expensesMarketing Research• Conducting qualitative research regarding price surveying and product comparison • Monitor Competition activities with follow-up actions• Generating reports for digital marketing campaigns and promotion tracking using a data-based analytics tool (Microsoft Excel) Brand Management• Liaising with partnered events coordinators to maximize brand visibility at activation, events • Sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in partners’ social media platforms and signages • Initiate new promotions and marketing campaigns to attract new Leeds and improve the relationship with the existing audience.
