Optical Laser Alignment Technician I
Current- Work with Engineering to process most alignment, and fix problem - ECL alignment station with Temporary and IC lens, grating. Use ECL software to process the laser alignment- Align 4 ECL laser per day , PZT wire, Post-ECL process - Optimize frequency, power , fiber power to get align with the require number, diagnostic mirror scan and multi-mode scan to see if the unit passes - Apply multi epoxy and cure with UV light - Align eight XC lens laser per day, attached 8 isolators, working on Frequency, power adjustment with 3 mirror positions- Adjustment with 3 Axis piezo controller (X,Y,Z) , test power laser in Multi function- optical meter - Run software with laser with 250mA , mirror movement by Frequency positions - Heating procedure , on state and off state, lens cleaning machine and two kinds of epoxy on ceramic. - Complete each steps in detail , number of powers, mirror position of Frequency - Work on Rework units, fix power and frequency , re-align to make sure it fixed - Set up calibration, Ultrasonic heater and process machine M3500 , die bonder over 1000 dies per day - Monitor and fix the problems on die bonder program - Use microscope to check quality and perform work with tiny parts,- Solder paste over 100 units per day , use air pen and pick up tiny die over 2000 from tape and place into waffle pack - Wire bonder, full test wire over 20 wires , test resistance with Keithley machine, and boxing - Follow clean room safety procedure guideline
