Graduated in Computer Engineering at the Polytechnic University of Tirana. More than 18 years experience at public and private sector, working in the fields of education policy development, project planning and management, information systems management, integration and innovation of technology solutions. Previously worked at the Albanian Telegraphic Agency where was also promoted as Technical Director, part-time ICT Consultant for private companies and for 6 years served as the Head of the Technology Unit at the Ministry of Education and Sport. Member of the Administration Council of the Polytechnic University of Tirana for several years . Joined the Albanian American Development Foundation in March 2016 as Project Manager in the education sector.
