My career in local public health practice is focused on strengthening the delivery of public health services through administrative and operational improvement. I have expertise in public health workforce development, with demonstrated ability to lead department-wide initiatives such as performance management, quality improvement, and emergency preparedness in the government setting. I have contributed to various accreditation efforts including the Public Health Accreditation Board and Council on Education for Public Health, and have also served on several expert panels for national health department standards for workforce development.
