Scope: Russia Pet Nutrition OGSM deployment, through leading key Strategic initiatives (Strategic cost transformation, Strategic Canvas design, Petcare Ecosystem digital hub development with Yandex) in very close collaboration with external consultants (Bain, McKinsey), Regional Leadership Team and key Global stakeholders.Key responsibilities:- Define top strategic priorities of Russia Pet Nutrition business in collaboration with the leadership team;- Constantly challenge existing status quo, addressing rapidly changing environment, operational landscape and required business transformation;- Set up, execute, and facilitate strategic workshops to define Long-term business priorities and ways to operationalize it;- Collaborate with external consulting firms (big 5) to bring outside in thinking into the heart of the business strategy and gain best practices from the market;- Start from the scratch, build, and deploy defined strategic priorities operationalization plan (from set up to full execution).

Scope: Leading a biggest and most developed business in PIM cluster of €40 mln covering Malaysia and Brunei, reporting to the PIM (Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia) Cluster General Manager. Key responsibilities:- Direct management of sales, marketing, supply chain, finances, and corporate affairs with HR support at Cluster level;- PIM cluster Management Team member collaborating in top priorities deployment with Functional Heads, reporting directly to Cluster GM - P&O (Recruitment, Talent agenda), S&F (SRM, Governance), Digital and E-commerce (Digital strategy);- Long term strategy development on both business unit and Cluster levels, contributing into the value creation plan for the customers and end consumers across South-East Asia;- Lead a team of 53 local associates with robust focus on securing growth mindset, corporate culture, and talents development

Led with strategic role for Long Term Thinking and OGSM deployment through close collaboration with functional teams (QUEST process management), reported directly to MARS Regional president for Russia Pet Nutrition business, being a member of the Regional Management Team. Led and governed the Pet Nutrition Russia S&OP+ process to institute long-term strategic thinking and supported unit Management Team in rigorous strategy implementation and business outcome delivery. Constructively challenged associates to continually improve maturity and quality of all steps of S&OP+ process, for greater competitive adaptability, establishing strong collaboration with regional and global S&OP+. Created a PMO role from the scratch to lead top-level strategic initiatives in the business unit through key stakeholders.

Responsible for over $100 million annual sales for the biggest region of Russia involving 9 distributors, 52 associates and 12 direct reports, reporting directly to the Sales Director of Chocolate segment. Developed Regional Sales strategy and oversaw an annual regional budget of over $8 million. Developed the network of Distributors, Regional Key Accounts and National Accounts, managing cross-functional collaboration with Trade & Customer Marketing/Brand Marketing, Sales Operations and S&OP+ teams.

Responsibility:- 70+ mln. $/year, - 1 / 7 regions of RF,- 7 direct reports (Area Sales Managers, Key Account Managers),- regional budget – 5+ mln. $/year.Scope:- recruit, develop and motivate new associates for regional objectives (distribution, display and sales value) fulfillment;- create short/long term Regional sales strategy and coordinate it with Sales Director vision;- talent pipeline organization; 3+ years succession planning;- Regional Key Accounts and National Accounts management;- chocolate market share strengthening and protection within the region;- regional budget allocation.
