For dozen years I have been working with the voice of customers and taking care of their experiences. In my daily basis, I use my talents, which according to Gallup are: input, intellection, empathy, responsibility and learner. I am passionate about the experience economy and business psychology. I constantly expand my knowledge in these fields through postgraduate studies, courses and trainings. I share my knowledge as an academic lecturer. I deeply believe in business success based on the Human To Human strategy. After hours, I devour huge amounts of psychological and business literature and fulfill myself as a parent of a wonderful teenager. You will most often meet me in bookstores, antique shops, seaside walks with a dog...and of course at speedway stadiums.
