I am an extensive sales leader with expertise across different market platforms- in technology, cosmetics, and clothing. I’ve been effective in growing sales and associate development. I am known for being detail orientated and highly organized person. These two skills have also enhanced my problem-solving skills. I begin by solving problems within systems and learning how to tune for optimal performance, then taking it to the next level with solutions architecture, learning how to find the right balance between cost, resiliency, and performance. In the next step in my career, I plan to apply the same principles in the legal and administrative duties, adding management abilities, customer service skills in witness preparation and eventually looking at the entire ecosystem to best meet the needs of the business. I maintain a strategic focus , making data driven decisions with organizational goals. Through knowledge of customer service, project management , solutions development , solutions delivery ,strategic thinking , attention to detail , with a recent entrance to a Paralegal Certification Program and ready to apply that training to take my career to next level .
