I have led projects focused on optimizing processes, improving organizational design, and redefining management models in order to provide practical solutions for our clients. My main clients have included Banco Galicia, Santander Rio, Efectivo Si, Lafken, and Irsa.

I led the following projects for the Government of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires (GCABA):- Optimization of administrative and financial processes- Decentralization of liquidation processes: Redesign of the payment process, creation of instructions, and implementation follow-up.

As part of my experience in Business Risk Services, I worked on the following projects:ENI (Ente Nazionale Idrocarburi) - Analysis and integration of the organization, management, and control model ex d.lgs. 231 of 2001 for Eni S.p.A.'s controlled companies. Specifically, I worked on the project at the following Eni Group companies: Eni Norge (Norway), Agip Ceska Republika (Czech Republic), Agip Oil Hungary (Hungary), Agip Romania (Romania), Agip Suisse (Switzerland), Agip España (Spain), Eni Indonesia (Indonesia), Agip Lubricantes e Distribuidora de Gas Cuyana (Argentina), conducting risk assessment activities such as identifying sensitive activities and applicable control standards by risk type, interviewing key officers, analyzing acquired information, and preparing an action plan to address identified gaps.Finmeccanica - "Assistance in compliance with Italian Law 262/2005" Evaluation of the control system of the group's companies through questionnaire preparation and analysis.Fiat Group- CNH, (Basildon England) Participation in the internal audit project on the "Sales" process for the New Holland brand.
