Quality and Food Safety certification management, Research and Development of new brands and portfolio.

Management of the Quality Assurance System in Caxias plant (4 lines: beer in bottles and cans, soft drinks in pet and cans and mineral water).Deployment of the Quality Pilar of TPM.

- Ensure implementation and enforcement of Nestlé Quality System Policies and Guidelines, in the supply chain, engaging the Lean Thinking with TPM.- Certify the NIMS (Nestlé Integrated Management System) in ISO 90001:2000 e 22000:2005.- Coordinate the routine of the Quality Department related to raw materials / packages standards and sampling, industrial processes, microbiology, pest control, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP System and Internal and External Quality Auditings.- Release final products batches and mantain registers in accordance to the inspection agencies.

- Corporate Quality System and R&D Management in Ducoco’s enterprises: coconut goods (milk and shredded coconut, coconut water,oil and feed) in the state of Ceará and dry mixes to prepare desserts, chocolate, cakes and refreshments in Linhares/ES.- Leader in deployment, implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System and coordinator in certifications for industrial customers and for the FDA – Food and Drug Departament.- Development, implementation and maintenance of the HACCP plan and Prerequisite programs such as Good Manufacturing Practices, Operational Hygiene, including CIP validation, Allergens Control, Traceability and Pest Control.- Support the Forum Start up of the New Factory in Linhares/ES (launched in January/07), operating since its installation of equipment and facilities, selection and training of employees, giving full support in starting and ramp-up production of the 3 lines implemented.- Planning and implementation of Internal and Suppliers Quality Audits.- Monitoring customers during visits and audits and support the SAC management, with effective participation in the complaints handling. Leadership in improvements using the PDCA approach in compliance with the requirements specified for quality and processes, working hard to correct deviations.- Technical Responsible and product registrations in the Agriculture and Health Department and laboratory management - physicochemical, sensory and microbiologic ones.- Coordination on projects of Loss Reduction for Flexible Packaging (4.5% to 1.2% for shredded coconut) through the creation of autonomous cells and Increase Yield Manufacturing (Raw conversion index for Shredded Coconut 13% to 18%).- Deployment of CEP - Statistical Process Control to control weight / volume of manufactured products, ensuring the best value for overweight, process capability and risk of tax assessment by Inmetro.- Professional and human development as part of my routine.
