Support the First Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO) and drilling rigs in the Gulf of Mexico. Provide support in the implementation of environmental processes and management of contracts.• Support regulatory and environmental compliance to the U.S. Coast Guard and BOEM/BSEE license applications for drilling rigs and for FPSO in the outer continental shelf. This ensured rigs and FPSO were within regulatory compliance and providing timely approval of permitting.• Lead the compilation for submission of exploration plans, development operations coordination document, deep water operations plan, downhole commingling application, surface commingling application, pipe line applications, and surface safety system application.• Prepare permit application to drill and modify, waiver requests, and other regulatory submittals, which support drilling operations in the Gulf of Mexico.• Lead BSEE SEMS audit and internal audit and action plan, maintaining company compliance with BSEE. • Coordinate the development of the U.S. Coast Guard compliance road map and regulatory compliance procedure and provide guidance and assistance to the project team in aspects of regulatory interpretations.• Perform incident investigations and participate in project HAZIDs and HAZOPs and their action plans to comply with regulatory requirements.

Managed Wetland Delineations and Threatened and Endangered Species Surveys for multiple projects.
