Perform a pivotal role in the oversight and management of all IS resources. Act as a business partner to the CIO and IS leadership, and assess departmental performance against forecasts, annual budgets, and the five-year strategic plan. Develop tools and systems to provide critical financial and operational information to the CIO and the Board of Directors, and make actionable recommendations on both strategy and operations. Provide mentorship in all areas of IS Finance including budgeting, and decision making around budgetary constraints.
