Let me tell you a little bit about myself:After many years traveling nationally and internationally in the tourism and hotel industry; I began to focus on the development of human talent for the tourism industry, especially in rural areas of Peru. This rural reality helped me to anchor my passion for developing human talent and got me certified as a Strengths Coach. Transitioning from the corporate world to pursue my life purpose wasn't easy. It involved overcoming a lot of fears and insecurities, but it was worth the shot. Nowadays I complement my administraive and HR experience with my coaching business.
