I work in partnership with the Administrative Department, that allows me to have a better perception of the Institution's reality. Here, we work with and for people and that makes us understand what are their needs and forces us to work harder in order to achieve those goals.At the headquarters, we offer Senior Home Care Services, a Day Care Center with a special area for mental illness called "Nós da Memória", Home Care Services at clients' home, and for children we have a Day Care and a Kindergarten.In another building, Santa Casa da Misericórdia owns another Senior Home Care Services called "Casa de S. Thomé" that has a different target wich offers a more refined service, a medical clinic called "Clínica de S. Thomé" and last, but not least, a Community Center not only for social support but also for other purposes too - Senior University (ISMO) for example.At the moment, I'm responsible for all the marketing strategies and communication's Institution.
