IPQA Activities for Tablet, Capsules, Powder, Ointment Dosage Form> Certify line clearance for various activities as per current SOPs.> Check and verify the process control parameters during the manufacturing and packing of pharmaceutical products.> Carry out a sampling of Bulk, Semi Finished and Finished products as per SOPs.> Handling of process standardization and process validation batch in granulation and compression and also packing.> Calibration of Weighing Balances, Hardness tester, Disintegration apparatus, Roche Friability apparatus etc.> BMR & BPR review.> Perform in-process quality checks and inspections during the manufacturing and packaging operations to ensure compliance with cGMP > Review and approve batch records, manufacturing and packaging instructions, and associated documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.>Preparation of APQR.> Hands on preparation of cleaning validation matrix and annexures under the superior.>Review to PS and PV Protocols and Reports.>Handling of product hold time sample for oral solid dosage forms.
