I am a dairy and food technologist, with experience of production, R&D and quality assurance. In my current role I am responsible for the factory and the production work during night shifts. I have a strong background in dairy and food industry from 6 years of study and over 2.5 years of work experience. I have been trained in multiple areas like processing, microbiology, chemistry, engineering and business management. I aspire to be a multi-skilled and well rounded professional; with skills, experience and capability to be able to handle any challenge that presents itself in a food manufacturing company. Spending time with my family and friends, reading scientific articles and donating blood keep me busy outside work.
