Sneha Solanki is a Growth and Commercial Strategy at SirenOpt. She possess expertise in process analytical technology, process control, project management, spectroscopy, multivariate analysis and 35 more skills. Colleagues describe her as "Sneha and I worked on a multi-disciplinary team developing a cloud-based dashboard for our small nonprofit organization as part of a skills-based volunteering effort with Covestro this summer. Throughout the project term, Sneha was fully committed to our goal of developing a low-cost, easily utilized data entry process leading to an interactive real-time dashboard. Using her engineering and project management experience, Sneha worked collaboratively with all members in a design thinking approach to our problem. Not being an engineer, I truly appreciated her approach to problem recognition, rational development of alternative solutions, synthesis of our outmoded and disjointed work products, and ultimate development of a final product that fully met our criteria. Her commitment to meeting our team’s goals, while working within our strict time and money requirements was evident throughout the summer. Her dedication, experience and leadership on this project led to a transformational result for our nonprofit organization. I remarked at our project’s conclusion that if Sneha could do this great a job for us, with our limited resources, and lack of infrastructure, her contributions to any organization with typical financial and process capabilities would surely be astounding.
