Managed and produced project drawing sets by developing design, technical drawings and researching relevant information. Moved project team forward by delegating project work, mentoring junior team members, and providing prompt preparation, communication, review, and constructive feedback. Conducted building, planning code, and product research with accurate interpretations and thorough documentation. Coordinated an accurate, timely, and efficient permitting and agency approvals process, and kept internal and external teams well informed by working closely with Project Manager.

Lead and produced production design deliverables including construction documentation, construction details and construction administration tasks. Other daily maintenance duties required to keep projects moving and on schedule.

Assisted in production drawings including schematic design presentations, design development and construction drawings. Investigation of building process through all design phases. Incorporation of applicable building and fire codes, handicapped accessibility, and analysis of historic preservation requirements into necessary submittals with assistance of project architect and principal. Daily correspondence with multiple consultants and department officials during project review and approval process.

Production of drawings including preliminary sketches, 3d visual presentations and drawing sets for cabinet design for residential renovations, and furniture mill-work projects. Conducting project inspections and progress reviews at appropriate phases of the project to ensure compliance with project schedules (including FF& E) and specified performance and quality standards with Senior Designer and Principal. Demonstrated business operations and project leadership; representing companies code of ethics and promote a respectful environment for all team members.

Worked directly under the supervision of Intermediate and Senior Designers by assisting in task including detailed note taking during client meetings of critical paths and project milestones, production of schematic design sketches (Kitchen & bath, and millwork concepts), and management of Fixture and finish schedules

Assisted in organizing and maintaining resource library; return showroom samples; restock cut sheets, fabric, finish, and other samples. Cataloging store and label book for book library; re-file borrowed books from designers. Data entry in design software, update spread sheets and documents as requested.Interior Architecture department support, responsibilities included: Filing and/ or printing CAD drawings into binders, creating job site binders, copy request of architectural drawings from graphic vendors.
