Working as BioInformatician developing bioinformatic tools and projects (frontend and specially backend) focused in WGS, NGS and Arrays pipelines, including SNVs, CNVs, Mithocondrials or Sanger among others.During this time I have developed projects, some from scratch, such as:• Automatic generation of clinical genetic diagnosis reports for various types of study and sequencing technologies• Genetic variants prioritization algorithms• Automatic HPOs text processing• Dashboards with ad hoc bioinformatics tools for external clients• Processing & integration of CNVs and mitochondrial variants• Creation, integration & management of internal genetic databases• Processing & integration of data from prenatal diagnosis studies• ...My work focuses on knowing and understanding the needs and requirements of biologists and geneticists, through constant communication, and converting it into tools and processes that speed up the processing of raw data and generate easily analysable results or software solutions that are useful for clinical and genetic diagnosis.Due to this, I have acquired a strong programming skills in Python development, including Pandas and other scientific libraries, and I am always learning and taking special care in best practices of software development, high quality algorithms and code.

This project lies within the field of structural biology and will be focused on computational tools development to integrate 3D information of proteins and nucleic acids from different experimental sources such as cryo-electron microscopy (EM) or X-ray crystallography. Fitting is the standard way of interpreting the information contained in cryo-electron-microscopy maps of macromolecular structures by means of the available atomic structural components. Multiresolution fitting is a complicated jigsaw puzzle in which the low-resolution 3D EM density map of a macromolecule complex acts as a fuzzy frame to guide the assemblage of interlocking atomic-resolution pieces. Although there are several approaches to perform fitting, those are tools in development phase that needs to be improved and better adapted to the users .The main objective of this project is the improvement and adaptation of these fitting tools developed by P. Chacón’s team, as well as its integration in UCSF Chimera program. Specifically, ADP_EM, Situs e iMODFIT tools. System Analyst for the Inversis Bank project, which is one of the main Delogica clients. Inversis is an entity that bases its business on offering investment products of third parties through its platform (investment and equity).There, I manage the client requirements along with my superiors setting deadlines, objectives and priorities. Specifically, I analyze and develop new products, from frontend side to backend side including databases. I am using technologies like Angular, PL/SQL, Java, JSP, CSS, Spring, Maven, Tomcat, Jenkins, SVN or MagicDraw. At present, we are adapting Inversis existing funcionalities for the Royal Bank of Canada.

I've been working for the northamerican multinational Accenture (specifically, Accenture Technology Solutions branch named Coritel) since September 2011 as analyst-developer.The project where I am meant is NACAR Architecture and SPRING Architecture, property of the international bank BBVA, and I develope new solutions and functionalities for several countries, specially in spanish areas.I developed new solutions and functionalities for the NACAR & SPRING Architectures on my first and a half year, and now I am on the NACAR & SPRING Architectures Support team, analyzing and solving NACAR & SPRING problems, giving support to other developers and users, and developing new solutions too.During this time I used technologies like Java, JavaScript, JSP, C++, SQL, XML, HTML, AJAX or Spring.
