In my QAS role I confirmed that the actual built system and installation practices were code compliant and matched the contracted Scope of Work. I also graded jobs, approved payment, and managed job changes or revisions due to poor quality work or documentation. As a Field Manager, my role was to oversee subcontracted installs. At Solar City, I was responsible for training and overseeing crew foremen, arranging crews to maximize efficiency, and making sure the company’s quality and safety standards were being met.

Handyman LLC is owned by a landlord / general contractor near Drexel University. While working for him, I was able to participate in the complete renovation of three buildings that were basically shells. I also handled general maintenance and remodeling duties in some of his other properties.
