I have always loved nature and the natural world. Growing up I had lots of pets. Not quite from aardvarks to zebras but definitely grass snakes to gerbils. Certainly dogs, my first dog was a cross breed that was practically free. Now it costs £800 and is called a pomapoo. I was ahead of the curve there.Talking about being ahead of the curve with fancy dog breeds, I’ve also been interested (obsessed? maybe!) with renewable energy. As a kid I made my first solar thermal heater which consisted of a large jar with a black bag in it, filled with water. The sun hit the black bag and heated up the water. Later on, I made my first full size panel, however it looked awful so didn’t install it. I progressed to buying a “proper” solar thermal heater and fitting it on my roof and that’s when I came up with some new ideas that would improve solar thermal heating dramatically. In 2017 I jacked in my proper job and went fulltime with my new innovation. The world has now caught up with my vision of a renewable world and pomapoos!
