- Managing the operational duties of the complete cycle of martime transport (Ro/ro, Container y project): Import: Mangement of custom and port authorities formalities of discharging cargo, discharging list and control of import manifest. Arrival notice, invoicing and delivery orders. Demurrage and storages control. And different problem solving. Container control: Booking and coordinating container deliveries arriving and leaving depots, liasing with hauliers regarding their cntr requirements. Entering info and other logisitical movement in the system and ensuring cntr situation (damage, available, for sale, etc). Daily in touch with H/O for container respositionaning and evacuation. Export: Booking and ensuring cargo loading is done (on any incoterm condition). full capacity to use Portic (BCN) and ValenciaPort (VLC) systems, loading list management, full IMO cargo management (with destination or transhipment port, loading port authorities, H/O and customers), claims arragement with all the parties (surveyors, insurance, depots, terminals and clients). Invocing and quotation control. Project cargo coordination with client and terminal.
