I have been in Sales and Property Management since 1996. Primarily working in the management field for the last few years. I also enjoy helping find rentals for new transplants to the area. For the management side of my business, for those of you who do not know what that includes; I do a rental analysis, help get the property ready for leasing by getting my cleaning crew in, carpet cleaning if necessary, yard work completed and get the furnace serviced and filters replaced and ready for the tenant. I will advertise on the MLS and I will qualify the tenant, and do a walk through inspection. My owners get monthly statements and get their excess by the 10th of every month. I drive by my properties once a month and go through the properties every six months. If there is major work to be completed, I have referrals for contractors, roofers, siding, installation and pest control. I look after the properties I manage as though they were my own.
