I currently lead the Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) engineering team assessing and evaluating the central and critical software system of the Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS). The Command and Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) system is the integrating element of the BMDS. It is a vital operational system that enables the U.S. president, secretary of defense and combatant commanders at strategic, regional and operational levels to systematically plan ballistic missile defense operations, to collectively see the battle develop, and to dynamically manage designated networked sensors and weapons systems to achieve global and regional mission objectives.

MDA Lead (Director in commercial terms) of M&S Enterprise Programs for Systems Engineering, Architecture, Data Science laboratory and all related Program/Projects for the comprehensive redesign of digital, ground test, engineering tools, systems and processes simulating the United States' Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS). Includes $MM annual portfolio, with multiple >$100M Future Years Defense Program (FYDP) programs with all related financial and accounting mechanisms.
