Conceptualized, planned, and executed USC Annenberg’s first graduate studies conference, Critical Mediations, as part of a diverse team of women scholars. This entailed securing funding, developing a website, organizing a call-for-participation, reviewing submissions, liaising with on and off campus partners, recruiting and training volunteers, and supervising the event as it unfolded.

• Managed a burgeoning project that sought to transform TNC’s global culture into one that prioritized innovation and learning, and normalized failure. This entailed devising the overall communications strategy, framing the project, analyzing available data as well as engaging with multiple internal stakeholders and consulting experts on lean methodologies, managing external contractors and supporting the transition to the next project manager.• Designed two experiments and defined timeline, evaluation metrics and success criteria by coordinating with over 20 previous workshop attendees and stakeholders to ensure all viewpoints were accounted for.• Designed presentation materials and narrative, and presented our project directly to the CEO and a subset of the Executive Leadership Team. • Obtained approval from leadership and a budget of 35,000 dollars to execute the experiments and move forward with the project.
