I have dedicated my career to promoting healthy communities, through nutrition education and, most recently, through program planning, evaluation, research and training. I have 10+ of experience in public health nutrition evaluation and bring over 20 years of practice in medical nutrition therapy and bilingual health education. My expertise encompasses community engagement, community-based participatory research, obesity and chronic disease prevention, and school health. I have participated in the design and implementation of program evaluations and provided training and technical assistance in the USA, specifically in California.During my time in the field of Public Health Nutrition, I have participated in numerous conferences and congresses. At Converia, I use my first-hand experience as an attendee ( and organizer) to help overcome the most common challenges and turn their conferences into memorable experiences.I am a strong communicator with a positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work with individuals at all levels.
