Principle accountabilities• Implementation of a Procurement Shared Services with 2 supporting technologies: Fraxion (Spend manager tool) and SCNet (Sourcing and Vendor management portal) to deliver the following objectives: Efficiency improvement through centralization, automation and spend consolidation. Customer service enhancement through a positive buying experience when using new procurement channels. Improved controlled environment through better spend visibility and proper governance• IT Project management for the implementation of Fraxion and SCnet

Principle accountabilities:• Headed and successfully deployed the global standardised Procure to Pay processes in the BAT companies in the EEMEA Region (Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa markets – 43 Markets)Achievements• Managed decision making process on behalf of the regions BAT companies and above market entities during the deployment life cycle for the Procure to Pay processes• Provided practical and workable solutions for highly legislative driven requirements identified during the change impact assessment and implementation phases to keep the template as standard as possible to deliver on the promised benefits, globally.• Proactively managed the expectations of stakeholders at all levels with different agendas (commercial responsibility vs project activities) to achieve stretching milestones which are evident from feedback received i.e. “strategic leader focusing on priorities and providing direction to the team.” and “Provided solid support, driving TaO processes with energy and passion.”• Developed a tool to measure the change impact assessment workshop outcome with a tangible rating.
