EFFECT Photonics produces DWDM optical system-on-chip (SoC) technology for the telecom and datacom network (5G).I worked in collaboration with the customs and international trade consultant on the import-export strategy of EFFECT Photonics.- Thanks to a good collaboration with suppliers, I improved the database with the proper HS codes and TARIC codes, the countries of origin.- The customs valuation was clarified: the differences between the 2 entities of EFFECT Photonics: LTD and BV, the costs included in the products (moulds, development costs, etc.)- SOPs were written to clarify processes: the import process, the export process, the export control process (licences, denied parties, sanctioned countries, etc.)
