Advised students in person or virtually relating to their undergraduate academic journey; including course selection, degree planning, post-graduation planning, academic standing.Planned and organized yearly field trip to Europe for the second year cohorts. Engaged with non-profit clients across Ontario from human and health sector (e.g. Developmental Services agencies) in creative and inclusive co-design thinking sessions to redesign existing services and/or develop their new Strategic Plan. Developed BHER's Communications strategies as well as Knowledge Translation and Knowledge Mobilization initiatives by collaborating with both Research & Development team and Communications team. Launched BHER's WIL Hub, a one stop shop for employers and students to access relevant resources in creating and supporting students during meaningful work experiences.

Furthered BHER's Product Development and Research strategies through the development of tools and resources for employers and students relating to Work-Integrated Learning themes such as onboarding, networking, assessment, reflection, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) and more. Learned Illustrator and InDesign to publish 2 infographics analyzing the impact of COVID-19 on businesses and undergraduate students. Interviewed, hired and mentored incoming interns to help them integrate successfully within the team remotely, through a series of Work From Home social initiatives.
